Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Our property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are unable to host parties and are required to adhere to 10pm-8am quiet hours.Guest will be asked to leave if this is not abided by.
Check-in from 4-10pm. Please let us know when you expect to arrive.
Checkout by 12pm. Instructions will be available in the rental.
The boat, dock steps, and upper dock are strictly off limits for safety reasons.
We have space for 3 vehicles in the upper paved area by the garage. Or, we can accommodate a boat on a trailer with charging. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a boat.
